VFMA on the World Stage

VFMA Executive Officer Sarah Parker is attending the World Farmers Markets Coalition General Assembly in Rome.  Sarah is also on an international panel discussing the opportunities for Indigenous and marginalized populations with farmers' markets.

The VFMA is participating in a World Farmers Market focusing on Biodiversity.  Our display features Woodend Community Farmers' Market produce with  Barfold Olives, Collins Honey, Chin Chin Farm, and Hesket Estate Wine.

Our VFMA Accredited Products have been noted and are mentioned in an article by Fresh Point Magazine. The article mentions the Kunzea, used by Chin Chin Farm in their Kunzea and Tomato Relish. 

Kunzea is an Australian native Bushfood with flavor notes of eucalyptus and citrus. It pairs beautifully with Tomatoes in the relish from Chin Chin Farm, which is great with red meats and cheese. Follow the link below to check out the article.
