The Lancefield & District Farmers' Market was established in March 2003 with the auspicing of the Lancefield Neighbourhood House as a way of connecting farmers' & food producers with the local community.
The market currently has 85 stalls and is host to a high diversity of local & regional producers.
Seasonal produce –Fresh produce year round from; Avenel Mushrooms, Divine Mushrooms, Sandor's Harvest, Spring Creek Organics, Connie's Homegrown, Ortale Market Garden, Force of Nature, Rare Earth Organics, Vic & Sophie, Higham Blueberries (year round frozen).
Seasonal - Crossies 'Cados (avocados, citrus), Pollards Orchards (March to November), Three Seeds Homestead (not spring), Martin Family Cherries (Nov-Dec), Blackwood Orchard (cherries Jan TBC), Stirling Blueberries (Jan – fresh punnets)
Meat & seafood – Warialda Belted Galloway Beef, Yapunyah Meadow Grazed Chicken, McIvor Farm Foods pork, Macedon Ranges Lamb, The Meat Room salami & Mike’s Mussels.
